My name is Corinne and I specialise in helping busy women and men take time out from their everyday stresses and anxieties. As a holistic therapist I provide treatments to help relieve stress, anxiety and tension, encourage relaxation, improve mood and aid sleep.

Indian Head Massage

An ancient healing practice originating more than 1000 years ago as part of the Indian practice of Ayurveda promoting wellbeing of the physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of human life. An amazing relaxing treatment which covers, apart from the head, the shoulders, arms, neck and face.

Thai Foot Massage

A wonderfully relaxing treatment that covers the feet and lower legs. As well as massaged by hands a traditional rosewood stick is used on the pressure points halfway through the treatment. It is a rewarding treatment that can be very restorative to the body.

Reiki

A safe, gentle, non intrusive hands on healing which uses spiritual energy to treat physical ailments, It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonizing the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Reflexology

A deeply relaxing therapy that stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems. It helps to release any blockages in the flow of energy around the body and allows energies to move freely, enabling us to stay healthy and balanced. Reflexology can be carried out on feet, hands, face and ears.
